Lootable is a physical card and game store at 1/727 Nicklin Way on the Sunshine Coast, and an official Bandai TCG+ store. Every card and box we sell is genuine publisher product, bought through official Australian distributors.

Where it comes from
How stock reaches our shelves
Authorised distributors
Sealed product comes from the publishers' authorised Australian distributors, including Let's Play Games and Palms Off Gaming. Bandai card games also come through our TCG+ store allocation.
Sold as it arrived
Boxes, decks and packs are sold factory-sealed, exactly as they came from the distributor, and nobody opens or weighs them before they reach you.
Paperwork on request
Every purchase is invoiced. If you want to know where something came from, ask and we'll show you.

Real cards, straight answers
How do I know it's genuine?
Every card, box and accessory we sell is genuine product from its publisher or manufacturer. Official reprints from the publisher are genuine too, and we list them as reprints.
Are you an official store?
Yes, for Bandai: we're an official Bandai TCG+ store, and we receive store allocations of Bandai card games. For other games we buy through the publishers' authorised Australian distributors.
Where do your single cards come from?
From boxes we open ourselves and from trade-ins, which we check card by card before they go in the cabinet.
Can I see proof of where something came from?
Yes. Email hello@lootable.com.au with the product and we'll show you the distributor invoice.
What if I think something isn't genuine?
Contact us straight away at hello@lootable.com.au or bring it into the store. If anything we sold you isn't genuine, we'll refund it in full.
