Lootable ships Australia-wide from our store at 1/727 Nicklin Way, Currimundi QLD, on the Sunshine Coast. We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping — $15 flat rate anywhere in Australia.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more.
- Express shipping — $25 anywhere in Australia.
Local pickup — free
Prefer to grab your loot in person? Choose local pickup at checkout and collect from our shopfront at 1/727 Nicklin Way, Currimundi QLD. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours — please wait for your "ready for pickup" email before coming in, and bring your order confirmation.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, typical delivery estimates are:
- Standard: 2–8 business days depending on your location.
- Express: 1–4 business days depending on your location.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — delivery can take longer during sales events, holiday periods and carrier delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Lost, delayed or damaged deliveries
If your tracking has stalled, your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or it arrived damaged, email us at hello@lootable.com.au with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier and make it right. Damaged-in-transit items are covered by our refund policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect addresses and returned parcels
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply) or a refund less the original shipping cost.
