1. General

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of lootable.com.au and the products and services available through it (the "Services"), operated by Lootable of 1/727 Nicklin Way, Currimundi QLD, Australia. By using the Services or placing an order you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page.

2. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle your personal information and forms part of these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website — including committing or encouraging unlawful conduct, transmitting harmful code, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services, or infringing anyone's intellectual-property rights.

4. Intellectual property

The Lootable name, logo and site content belong to Lootable or its licensors. Product names, artwork and trademarks for trading card games and other products (for example One Piece Card Game and Dragon Ball Super Card Game) belong to their respective owners; Lootable is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners. You may view and use site content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5. Orders and terms of sale

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase, which we accept when we confirm the order. All orders are subject to availability. We may cancel and refund an order where a product is unavailable or where we reasonably suspect fraud. To purchase you must be able to enter a binding contract and hold a valid payment method. Dispatch and delivery are covered by our shipping policy.

6. Pricing and availability

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Lootable is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on orders and prices do not include GST. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you pay. While we work hard to keep listings accurate, errors can occur — if a product's price or description is wrong, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Payment

Transactions are processed in Australian dollars through Shopify's secure checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed.

8. Gift cards and discount codes

Gift cards ("Gift Scrolls") are redeemable on lootable.com.au, are not redeemable for cash, and expire three years after issue in accordance with Australian gift card law. Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined with other offers unless stated.

9. Consumer guarantees and liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited, where the law permits, to resupplying the goods or refunding the amount you paid.

10. Linked sites, indemnity and complaints

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to. You agree to indemnify Lootable against claims arising from your breach of these terms. Complaints or questions? Contact us at hello@lootable.com.au — we would rather fix a problem than argue about it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12. Entire agreement and severability

These terms (together with the policies linked above) are the entire agreement between you and Lootable for your use of the Services. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed without affecting the remaining provisions.
