Two ways to earn it
Buy it in store
Buy anything in store, or order online and pick it up in store. Either way, 5% comes back onto your Lootable account as store credit.
Rip it in store
Rip your sealed packs, display, or elite trainer box in store and get another 5%, for 10% in all. It has to be the whole thing. Give us a heads-up first so we can watch the pulls, and if you're happy to be filmed, we'd love to post it.
Spend it next visit
The credit sits on your Lootable account under your email. Tell us in store and it comes off your total. It's good for 12 months from the day we add it.
Limited-time offer with no set end date. When it ends, any credit you've already earned keeps its full 12 months.
Questions
The fine print, in plain words
Does ordering online count?
Yes, if you choose free pickup at checkout and collect the order in store. Orders we post out don't earn credit.
What gets the extra 5% for ripping?
Sealed trading card game product you rip in store: booster packs, displays, double packs, elite trainer boxes, and bundles. Board games, accessories, and collectables get the 5% for buying in store, but not the extra 5%.
You need to rip the whole thing in store. Take part of a display home sealed and the extra 5% doesn't apply to that display, though you still get the 5% for buying it.
What if I buy sealed cards and other things together?
Everything in the sale gets the 5% for buying in store. The extra 5% for ripping is worked out on the sealed trading card product you rip in store, and nothing else.
Say you buy a booster display, a few singles, and a board game, and rip the display in store. You get 5% on the lot, plus another 5% on the display.
What happens if I get a refund?
A refund cancels the credit that came with that purchase. The credit is there for what you bought and kept.
Do I have to be filmed?
No. Filming is up to you, and saying no doesn't change the credit. We just ask you to rip it in store where we can see it, so we get to enjoy the pulls with you.
Who can get it?
Anyone who buys in store. It's here for the people who live nearby and come in, but nobody's checking postcodes.
Do I need a Lootable account?
Yes, so the credit has somewhere to sit. All we need is your name and email. If you've ordered from us online before, you already have a Lootable account. If not, we'll set one up in store in about a minute.
How long does the credit last?
12 months from the day we add it. If you have credit from different visits, the oldest gets used first.
